Terms of use
These terms apply to anyone using absolv.ai. They are about the website. The terms that apply once you become a client live in your signed Service Agreement.
Who we are
Absolv Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17192000). Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
The site is information, not advice
Pages on absolv.ai describe what we do and how we work. Nothing on the site is tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice for your specific situation. Advice begins when we have a signed engagement and we know your facts. If you act on something you read here without engaging us, you are doing so on your own responsibility.
Booking a call
Booking a call via the link on this site is not an engagement. It is a free conversation. If you decide to work with us, we will send a written Service Agreement (engagement letter) that sets out scope, fees, and obligations. No work starts until that is signed by both sides.
What you can do with the site
Browse it. Share links to public pages. Quote short passages with a clear attribution and a link back. You do not need to ask permission for any of that.
What you cannot do without our written permission:
- Republish or scrape the site to create a competing service.
- Use our brand name, wordmark, or logo for anything other than referring to Absolv as a company.
- Send automated traffic that interferes with the site.
Intellectual property
The site, including its copy, code, design, and brand assets, is owned by Absolv Ltd. The brand wordmark "absolv" is the subject of a UK trademark application in classes 35 and 36.
Third-party links
Where we link to third-party sites (Calendly, ICAEW, Companies House, AccountingWEB, Google Search Console, regulators), we do not control those sites or take responsibility for their content. Their terms apply when you visit them.
Disclaimer and limits on liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under English law (for example, fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence).
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is covered separately in our Privacy policy. We do not use tracking cookies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
